We organize the following events in Downtown Raleigh, NC every year .
- 12 family oriented live music events in the park on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 6pm-9pm.
- Historic Raleigh Craft Beer and BBQ Festival ( Spring fundraiser )
- Downtown Raleigh Oktoberfest. ( our Fall Special Event )
We are proud to be self-funded though individual donations. Basically, on Friday nights everyone throws in $5 per adult to cover setup costs. Our spring fundraiser covers the Liability Insurance that we need to allow adults to bring their own beer and wine. Along the way we save up enough to upgrade our equipment and resources. We also silently support a variety of other local events by loaning out our professional sound system, lights, and stage to others. ( Sparkcon, Cook street Carnival, Museum events , Parks events, etc).
*** Credit Cards... Pre-purchasing(donations) is the simplest way to handle this request from you guys. Your name will be at the information tent when you go to pick up your wrist bands. This will should solve the challenge without having to coordinate a card swipe machine & internet connection ***
